-This service is subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel.
-Only available up to 5 days before arrival.
-Confirmation will be sent by email within the 7 days prior to your arrival.
-Valid only for bookings of one room.
-If your request includes a room upgrade, we will contact you to arrange the corresponding payment and confirm the booking. This amount will be subject to the same cancellation policy as the original booking.
-If your request consists of choosing a specific room number within the same category booked, payment will be made at check-in.
-In the unlikely event that we are unable to assign you the requested room, we guarantee an alternative that is as similar as possible.

I have a reservation for more than one room, can I select more than one room?
Currently, the service only allows the selection of one room per request. If your reservation includes more than one room, please contact info@hotelsonjaumell.com, where our team will be happy to assist you.
How long does it take for the hotel to confirm my selection?
The hotel will confirm your request within 7 days prior to your arrival, and you will receive it in the email you used to make the reservation.
How much does this service cost?
Room selection incurs an additional charge, the amount of which varies depending on the season and the selected room category.
If your request involves upgrading to a higher category, we will contact you to process the corresponding payment and confirm your reservation. This upgrade will be subject to the same cancellation policy as the original reservation.
If your request simply involves selecting a room number within your already booked category, payment will be processed directly at check-in.
When is this service available?
The room pre-assignment service is available up to 5 days before check-in. You will not be able to submit your request if you attempt to access the service outside of this period.
